  • The product is free from physical damage caused by the customer

  • The item is returned in the same condition as it was delivered

Exchange Policy

We provide exchange support for products with manufacturing defects, damaged delivery, or incorrect items delivered.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Customers may be required to pay delivery charges for exchanges due to personal preference

  • If the issue is from our side, ElectroBDShop will bear the exchange shipping cost

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product received

  • Product is unavailable for replacement after approval of return

Refund processing may take 3–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
